Fleet accident reporting. One platform.

Driver app at the scene. Live fleet portal for the office. Your team sees the claim report early and decides the next step before anything is sent outside the company.

You can start small, test the workflow end to end, and expand when you are ready.

Want to see how it fits your fleet?

Book a short walkthrough with the founder. We can map the driver app, fleet portal, business workspace, and controlled claim submission flow to your current process.

The real problem starts after the collision

Drivers lose time at the roadside, the office gets incomplete information too late, and the next steps become harder than they need to be.

  • In most of Europe, accident declarations still mean paper — and where consumer declaration apps exist, they are built for a private driver sending a claim straight to their own insurer, not for a fleet that manages claims centrally.
  • Cross-border accidents add languages and different processes — Minsas guides both drivers through one report, each in their own language.
  • Drivers and vehicles stay tied up longer than they should because the process still depends on calls, paperwork, and back-and-forth.
  • The office often sees the report too late to help while the driver is still at the scene.
  • Missing details, photos, signatures, or contact information create problems later.

How the fleet workflow works

1

Join and set up your fleet in minutes

Create your organization in minutes — nothing to migrate. Add vehicles, drivers, and policies when you want them: for a test, before a trip, or at the moment an accident happens. Anything you prepare in advance means less typing for drivers at the roadside.

2

Driver follows the app at the scene

The driver taps the invite on their phone, installs the Minsas app from the App Store or Google Play, and the assigned business workspace is ready. When an accident happens, they open it and follow guided steps — tapping and selecting to capture photos, damage, circumstances, and the other party's details in their own language. Your drivers use the same free Minsas app any driver in Europe can download — nothing to deploy on company devices.

3

Office reviews before anything is sent

Your office sees the report early in the portal, checks what is missing, and decides the next step before anything is sent outside the company.

Start with nothing to migrate

  1. 1

    Create your organization in minutes.

  2. 2

Add 2 vehicle slots and invite 2 drivers.

  3. 3

Run 1 simulated claim end to end.

  4. 4

Add real vehicles, drivers, and policies when events happen.

  5. 5

Slot-based billing keeps it at a few euros a month until you decide to bring in the whole fleet.

Map of Europe showing Minsas accident reporting coverage

Built for accident reporting across Europe

Minsas is insurer-neutral and follows the European Accident Statement (EAS) workflow used across Europe. Whether the accident happens close to home or across a border, your HQ gets the same clear view — one report, ready to share with your insurer. This combination — a public driver app, a digital accident declaration, and a fleet portal — is currently unique at European scale.

Built for trust when it matters most

Insurer-neutral

Minsas helps you prepare the accident statement and claim report. It does not steer you to one insurer.

Built in Europe

EU-hosted data, GDPR-compliant. Built in Europe for European accident reporting and cross-border use.

Privacy-first

We process only what the app needs to work. Nothing more.

Fleet questions

Yes. Start with 2 vehicles and 2 drivers, run a simulated report from start to finish, and see the workflow from both the driver and office sides before a wider rollout. Nothing needs to be sent outside the company during that test.

You can start free: 1-month free trial, full platform, no credit card. After the trial, billing is slot-based — you pay only for the vehicle slots you actually use, so testing the workflow costs a few euros a month. The introductory rate is €0.50 per vehicle per month (50% launch discount, standard rate €1.00).

The app is guided step by step: drivers tap, select, and review instead of filling a blank form. Driver, vehicle, and policy details are prepared in advance, so there is even less to do at the roadside. A short simulation can help drivers get familiar with the flow before they need it under stress.

The report can still be completed on one device when needed, and your office still sees the information early in the portal.

Minsas supports accident reporting across Europe. The app currently supports 8 languages: English, German, French, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Lithuanian, and Russian.

Minsas uses simple electronic signatures under EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS). Evidence — photos, timestamps, location, both drivers' statements, signatures — is captured through a simple flow any driver can follow, then presented in a format claims administrators and insurers recognize.
