Yes. Start with two vehicles and two drivers and run a test report from start to finish. You can see what the driver does in the app or browser and what your team sees in the portal. Nothing needs to be sent outside the company during the test.

The full platform is free for fleets for the first month; afterwards, companies pay only for the vehicles they use. Start with a few vehicles and add the rest when you are ready. See the pricing section for the rate.

So your company sees its drivers' accident reports. When a driver starts a report in your company workspace, your office sees it, with the vehicle and policy already filled in, even while the driver is still at the scene. A report a driver starts on their own stays private, even if you invite them later. The easiest way: send the driver your invitation link before they start. It opens your company workspace without a password, and they can begin right away.

Yes. You can export individual claim files whenever you need them, or all your company’s data before you stop using Minsas. Keep a copy for your records or use the data in your own systems.

No. The driver taps your dispatcher's invitation link and enters the company workspace — no password, nothing to sign up for. Minsas opens in the browser, or in the app if it is already installed; the assigned vehicle is ready either way. Installing the app is optional.

An email inbox is optional for drivers invited by your company. The dispatcher can invite them by email or share a personal invitation link by SMS or another messaging service. The link signs the driver into the company workspace without a password. Your office sees the company’s reports in the portal.

If the driver or vehicle is not in your company account yet, the dispatcher adds them in the portal and assigns the vehicle to the driver, so it is already in the driver's statement. They then send the personal invitation link and follow the claim file as it is filled in. While the driver is still at the scene, they can ask for missing information or photos.
