Building Europe's accident reporting platform
When accidents happen, paper breaks down
Accidents are stressful. People need clear steps, the right details, and fewer mistakes in a situation that already feels hard.
Too often, the process still depends on paper and blank forms, scattered photos, language barriers, and late visibility for the office. Minsas exists to turn that into a clearer digital process with AI/OCR prefill, tap-and-select capture, driver review, and fleet visibility when a company workspace is involved.

A small European team with real claims experience
Minsas is built in Vilnius, Lithuania, and led by founder Vaidas Labanauskas — after 23 years across insurance and IT, working inside insurance companies, leading core claims systems, and seeing where accident workflows break in real life. Now Minsas is building the tools that work better for drivers, fleets, and insurers.
Built by people who know how claims break in the real world.
Built on standards, not promises
Minsas is new. The standards it runs on are not.
European Accident Statement
The accident form drivers and insurers across Europe have used for decades — Minsas follows the same workflow, digitally.
