You must be 16 years or older to use MINSAS.
2 · Use of the service
MINSAS provides tools to manage insurance policies and prepare accident claims. You agree to use it lawfully and only for your own insurance processes.
You retain ownership of uploaded photos, videos, documents and signatures. You grant MINSAS a limited license to store and process that content solely to generate and deliver your claims.
3 · Electronic signatures
Finger-drawn signatures in the app are simple electronic signatures and not qualified electronic signatures under EU law.
4 · Account and deletion
You may delete your account any time in-app or at minsas.app/minsas_data_deletion.html. Deletion triggers a 30-day finalization process per our Privacy Policy.
5 · Subscriptions and payments
Paid features are managed through Stripe or app-store billing. If you cancel, the subscription ends at the current period end; no partial refunds unless required by law.
6 · Third-party services
Core processors: Supabase, Google Gemini, Google Maps, Resend, PDFShift, Stripe, Branch.io. Their use is necessary to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7 · Liability
The app and its outputs (e.g. claim PDFs) are provided "as is." UAB Minsas is not liable for losses arising from incorrect user input or insurer decisions beyond its control.
8 · Consumer rights
If you are an EU consumer, you retain rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2019/770 on digital content. Local mandatory consumer law prevails over these Terms.
9 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, subject to mandatory EU consumer protections. Disputes may be brought before courts of your residence or Vilnius, Lithuania.
