Our mission
Accident reporting should be easier at the worst possible moment – right after a crash. Our mission is to give drivers and fleets a simple, standardised way to collect and share the right information, whatever insurer they use and wherever in Europe they drive.
From paper forms to structured data
For decades, motor accidents in Europe have been recorded with paper EU Accident Statements and free-form photos and messages. As data and AI have improved, many processes around insurance have become digital – but the moment of the accident often stayed on paper.
Minsas was created to close that gap: a digital assistant tied to the driver and the fleet, not to a single insurer, that follows the familiar EU Accident Statement logic but produces structured, digital information.
A small European team with big-company experience
Minsas is developed in Vilnius, Lithuania by a small team with more than 20 years of experience in insurance, IT, finance and data. We have worked inside insurance companies at senior levels, led core system implementations and analytics, and managed real claims processes. Now we're using that experience to build tools that work in the real world – for drivers, fleets and insurers.

Independence
We are insurer-neutral. The app belongs to the driver and the fleet, and you decide which insurer receives your reports.

We handle personal data carefully and only for clear, legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Regulation-first
We design flows to respect European insurance and privacy rules and clearly explain what Minsas does and does not do.
